The ClubFlow platform is operated by ClubFlow AB (org. no. 559602-2540). ClubFlow uses a minimal set of cookies and a few entries in your browser’s own storage, all of them needed for the platform to work the way you set it up. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies. We do run two cookieless measurements, described under Your choices below, and one of them waits for your OK.
Cookies expire within a year, and the sign-in cookies are removed when you sign out. Preferences kept in your browser’s storage stay until you clear them; the ones that only matter for one visit are gone when you close the tab.
The banner offers two choices. Accept analytics lets us count page views through Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that records the page path with ids removed, the referring page, country, device type and browser. Visitors are told apart by a hash that resets every day, so there is no profile and nothing to link across days. Essential only keeps that off. Pressing Escape counts as essential only.
Separately, Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load (the browser’s own Web Vitals timings) with the same id-stripping and no cookie. It runs regardless of your banner choice, because it tells us nothing about who you are or what you did, only how long the page took. Neither measurement runs on the player check-in pages, the public application forms or invite links. The privacy notice covers where this data is processed.
You can change your mind at any time: clearing the consent cookie in your browser settings brings the banner back. Clearing the authentication cookie signs you out.
