01Which clubs is ClubFlow built for?

Clubs that aim higher and want their sporting work in one place, from the academy to the first team. Usually there’s a sporting director or head of academy and several teams to keep together, whatever the division.

02What do you mean by intelligence platform?

That all sporting data is connected around the player. That lets ClubFlow answer questions that otherwise mean digging through several files: who is short on minutes, which development plans are due for follow-up and where the squad is thin for next season.

03Does ClubFlow work with SvFF?

Yes. Matches, results and tables are pulled from SvFF automatically, so nothing has to be entered twice. The integration is optional. Without it, you add the matches yourselves.

04How do we get started?

We set up club, teams and season together with you, and you upload the squad list you already have. Then coaches and staff can get started right away.

05Who owns the data, and where is it stored?

The club owns its data. It is stored in Sweden and handled under the GDPR, and if you leave, you get an export of it. The details are in the privacy policy.

06Who sees what in the club?

Your role decides what you can do, and your team decides which players you see. A U16 coach sees their own team, not the first team’s development plans. Everyone has their own login.

07Is ClubFlow available in Swedish?

Yes. The whole platform is available in Swedish and English.
