How do we get started?

Two ways in: connect SvFF to import your club, teams and fixtures automatically, or start manually and add them yourself. You’re up and running in minutes, and can switch on SvFF anytime without anything being duplicated.

Can we bring our existing data?

Yes. Import a whole squad from Excel instead of adding players one by one: fill in the template and upload it.

Do we need the SvFF integration?

No, it’s optional. With it, fixtures, results and standings sync automatically; without it, you add fixtures yourself. Everything else works the same.

Is everything available in Swedish?

Yes, fully: dates and numbers in Swedish format too. And everyone chooses their own language.

Who sees what across the club?

Everything is role-based. Owner, admin, manager, coach and scout each see only what they need, and no one outside the club sees anything. No shared logins.

It’s free during the pilot. We’ll set the price together with the first clubs, so it lands right for a club.
